Any advice for healthy cervical positioning when lying down while reading and watching tv?
The concept for watching TV and reading is to start with your stretchlying on your back. Then use your pillows to build up a wedge that is similar to a stack system (stair like). You do not want to crane your neck down when reading or watching TV. The idea is to get your spine and neck in supportive alignment for the activity. Hope that helps.
